• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any registration at our sole discretion to protect the integrity of the community.

3. Community Guidelines

By using xCadets.com, you agree to:

• Treat all users with respect.
• Not post offensive, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Not use the Platform for commercial or political promotions unless explicitly permitted.

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the Platform.

4. Batch Subdomains

Each batch (e.g., 9501.xcadets.com) has its own space for communication and memories. Content may be visible only to verified members of that batch. Administrators may moderate activity and content within their assigned batch domain.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content (photos, stories, comments) you post, but by uploading it, you grant xCadets.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, share, and distribute it within the Platform.
